Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to excel in our team at Zeus Street Greek. As a key member of our management group, you will be responsible for overseeing our store staff and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Direct the opening and closing shift operations of the store, including supervising variable shifts
  • Mentor and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service and quality food products
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role
  • Prior experience in the food industry is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
