The ideal candidate will have current unrestricted registration with AHPRA and less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.

About the Role

This role involves providing assessments, developing care plans, and communicating complex needs to incoming residents and their representatives.

You will be part of a structured 12-month graduate nurse program, which includes comprehensive clinical and development orientation models designed to support your growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessments, developing care plans, and communicating complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
  • Less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • A strong understanding of professional, ethical, and legal requirements as a Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team of like-minded care professionals.
