The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled bookkeeper to provide exceptional service to clients by delivering high-quality bookkeeping solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing MYOB and Xero, including facilitating set ups and conversions
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinating payroll, including reviewing processes
  • Preparing BAS and journal entries
  • Conducting reconciliations

As a key team member, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established client base and participate in regular events.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a public practice bookkeeper
  • Proficiency in using Xero, along with MYOB and QuickBooks
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients
  • Tech savviness, with a willingness to enhance business processes
