Senior Rehabilitation Clinician

**Job Title:** Physiotherapist Level 3
The role of the Physiotherapist Level 3 is to provide senior physiotherapy clinical leadership within a brain injury service. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising client care delivery, supporting staff mentoring and development, and facilitating interventions to develop a client's physical and independent living skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services for adult clients via community outreach, inreach, and telehealth.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client goals and collaborative work with a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert advice on physiotherapy practices.
- Current registration with the relevant health practitioner regulatory agency as a Physiotherapist.
- Extensive experience in rehabilitation with well-developed knowledge of brain injury services and ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and advocacy skills, including stakeholder consultation.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Ability to travel and work in varied settings, including remote locations.
