We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Room Attendant. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
About the Role
- Key Responsibilities:
- General cleaning, toilet cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, and dusting
- Cleaning guest rooms, including stripping and making of beds
- Overseeing daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors
- Maintaining cleaning standards in accordance with contractual requirements
- Providing exceptional service to guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry considered ideal
- An eye for detail and ability to work independently
- Well-presented with a professional approach
- Police check and work rights within Australia
