Leading Mental Health Professional

Deliver high-quality mental health services to clients, promoting their overall well-being and personal growth. This role involves providing expert support and guidance through scheduled video sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer one-on-one telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients
- Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team to enhance the platform and client programs
- Possess a Master's or Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
- Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g. Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
- Minimum 300 clinical hours post-masters degree
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is an advantage
- Candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling adults, or coaching managerial roles are highly regarded
- Candidates open to working onsite if necessary are preferred
