Job Title: Medical Education Officer


Job Summary:


The Medical Education Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of junior medical staff training, orientation, and support within the organization. This position is responsible for collaborating closely with the Medical Education Lead and Director of Medical Education to develop an adaptable junior doctor curriculum that meets the training requirements for both trainees and supervisors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing and implementing effective junior doctor training programs
  • Collaborating with the Medical Education Lead and Director of Medical Education to design and deliver curriculum
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to junior medical staff
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
