Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Centre Director, responsible for leading our team and driving service excellence.

This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and experienced leader to showcase their skills in managing a high-quality childcare service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, educators, and staff
  • Contribute to and develop educational programs that promote learning and growth
  • Ensure seamless Centre operations aligning with regulations and policies
  • Oversee Centre presentation both internally and externally
  • Promote and market the service to enhance utilization and manage waiting lists

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Teaching or equivalent qualification
  • Leadership experience in early childhood education and care
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
  • Experience in curriculum development, parent and community engagement, staff training, and team leadership

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding leadership abilities, a genuine passion for education, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. They will be accountable for building and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, educators, and staff, as well as contributing to and developing educational programs that drive success.
