Global Transfer Pricing Specialist

This role involves assisting in Australian Taxation Office (ATO) transfer pricing reviews and audits based on economic principles.

Key responsibilities include formulating, recommending, and implementing global tax transfer pricing policies for multinational companies in the financial services sector.

  • Analyse the impact of international tax policies and prepare recommendations on their consequences from an Australian tax and transfer pricing perspective.
  • Model financial outcomes of cross-border debt and global trading arrangements, return on assets, and profit splits.
  • Provide fully integrated approaches to transfer pricing by preparing documents, data files, and models to fulfil client compliance obligations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess at least 5 to 6 years of Transfer Pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment.
  • Have experience in assimilating complex information and data sources to provide succinct and well-informed recommendations.
  • Show strong commercial acumen, staying abreast of wider legal, economic, environmental, and political factors that influence transfer pricing.
  • Hold an Economics degree, Accounting degree, Legal degree, Certified Practising Accountant, or Chartered Accountant qualification.
