SureSmile Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on managing order- and software-related queries from SureSmile customers. This includes responding to calls and/or emails by gathering requested information, creating cases, and following or escalating cases to resolution.

You will also be responsible for supporting software integrations and exports of STL/DICOM files, as well as handling end-to-end management of multiple projects and customer issues.

To ensure seamless communication, you will work closely with the Customer Support team to provide backup and support, share responsibility for completing tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all order- and software-related queries from customers.
  • Respond to calls and/or emails by gathering requested information, creating cases, and following or escalating cases to resolution.
  • Support software integrations and exports of STL/DICOM files.
  • Handle end-to-end management of multiple projects and customer issues.
  • Record all order- or software-related queries and follow/escalate to resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to provide backup and support and share responsibility for completing tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; relevant degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Customer Support and/or Technical Support environment is preferred.
  • Dental knowledge and/or experience, preferably in Orthodontics, is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, browser-based software, basic computer hardware.
  • Proficient in Internet and Email Applications.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of technical support software, such as AX, SAP & Salesforce.
