As a key member of our healthcare team, this role is instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of clinical pharmacy.
About the RoleThis position involves providing expert advice and support to patients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders on a range of complex clinical pharmacy issues. You will be responsible for leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, operate, and evaluate clinical pharmacy services, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Main Responsibilities- Clinical Pharmacy Expertise: Provide advanced knowledge, skills, and experience relevant to pharmacy practice, including pharmaceutical information and professional advice to other disciplines and the public.
- Team Leadership: Supervise pharmacy teams under broad delegation, directing work priorities, monitoring workflow, managing staff, and implementing training programs as needed.
- Policy Development: Lead, initiate, and participate in the development and monitoring of policies and standard operating procedures for clinical pharmacy services.
- Proven ability to operate independently in complex pharmacy activities, demonstrating expertise in pharmacy practice and provision of pharmaceutical information.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in supervising teams, managing workflow, and implementing training programs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
