Job Summary

The Role of a Clinical Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality patient care.

  • As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the provision of clinical pharmacy services to hospital patients, ensuring that our standards align with national best practices.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of clinical pharmacy services, implementing service delivery frameworks to achieve continuity in medication management. You will also measure and analyse information on the effectiveness of service provisions, adjusting priorities and implementing initiatives to improve service efficiency, patient care, and medication safety.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for clinical pharmacy activities, overseeing accreditation for processes relating to clinical pharmacy.
  • Supervise team members, providing leadership and performance management to ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
