Data Governance and Quality Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Enablement Analyst to join our team at Helia, where you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining robust data governance and data quality practices across the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include leading collaboration with data owners, data stewards, and subject matter experts to drive and uphold data governance policies, processes, and controls. You will also be responsible for developing and promoting innovative methods that enhance data culture, integrating risk management with business value, and assisting SMEs to define and enhance data control environments.

Additionally, you will support data owners and data stewards on their data governance journey, ensuring metadata and lineage are complete, up-to-date, and easily accessible. You will also collaborate with teams to identify and implement improvements that will prevent the recurrence of data quality issues and reduce the likelihood of new ones arising in the future.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly qualified individual with tertiary qualifications in business, finance, information management, or a similar discipline, and at least 5 years of experience in a data governance or similar role, ideally in a regulated environment. You will also need experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud, demonstrated experience managing audit, risk, and compliance-related activities, and strong knowledge of data and AI governance frameworks and methodologies.
