A Frontend Engineering Manager role where you will lead a team to build accessibility features into the core product experience.
- Leading a team of frontend engineers focused on building accessibility into the core product experience
- Coaching, mentoring and developing engineers to achieve both team impact and individual growth
- Partnering closely with subject matter experts and leads across Product Platform
- Shaping a roadmap of both Accessibility Features and foundational Continuous Accessibility tools
- Guiding delivery of inclusive, scalable systems that empower all users — regardless of ability
- Championing engineering quality, team happiness and inclusive, sustainable delivery practices
- Leading technical reviews, design docs and contributing code where it counts
About The Team
The Accessibility Team sits within the Product Group, helping to make the product the most accessible in the world. We're tackling deep, complex challenges — from building assistive design features like reading order tools and accessible PDFs, to embedding universal design thinking across the product.
