This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.
We are looking for a qualified professional who can lead the 4-year-old Kinder room, inspiring young minds and fostering a love for learning.
Our centre offers a warm and spacious environment, prioritizing a fun and supportive atmosphere where children can thrive and reach their individual potential.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that value a holistic view of each child's development.
You will maintain ongoing records of the children's development, program, and daily information, ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations.
Additionally, you will guide team members with their professional development, individual goals, and performance, contributing to a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualifications.
- Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood).
- Experience in planning and implementing educational programs that value a holistic view of each child's development.
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
- Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice.
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check.
