The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team on the Sydenham to Bankstown Metro Project. As a key member of our site team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring compliance with our health, safety, and environmental policies, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to our safety protocols and project requirements.
  • Oversee the execution of multi-disciplinary utilities works, ensuring that all site activities are carried out in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and contribute to regular project reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

About You

  • Proven experience in a construction supervision or project coordination role, preferably with a Tier 1 construction company.
  • Strong track record of leading and working on multiple large-scale projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
