Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Office Administrator. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Victorian office, including managing fleet operations, setting up meetings, and performing general office duties.

- Set up boardrooms for meetings, including audio-visual equipment and catering as required.">
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights, and car hire.">
- Communicate with Strata regarding fire inspections, building maintenance, and cleaning of common areas.">
- Onboard and offboard staff members.">
- Maintain the asset register, including equipment maintenance and calibration.">
- Organize and host monthly lunches, mid-year events, and Christmas functions for the office.">
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:

- An Australian Driver Licence.">
- Administrative experience with strong organisation and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.">
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, dedicated to delivering effective solutions around fleet, facilities, and personnel.">

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.">
