**Commercial Finance Business Partner - Sales & Marketing (SaaS)**Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our Commercial Finance team as a Business Partner. In this role, you will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to drive business growth and optimize sales performance.

Your key responsibilities will include analyzing market opportunities, sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue trends, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies. You will also develop strategic responses to competitive market dynamics, optimize sales targets and incentives, and provide end-to-end value-adding analysis.

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will champion data-driven decision making across the organization and embed SaaS performance metrics into how we operate. You will drive ROIs, investment cases, scenario planning, and decision-support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A sharp, commercially-minded finance professional with a knack for turning numbers into game-changing decisions.
  • Solid experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, and strategic planning, ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS business.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, SaaS economics, and what truly drives performance.
