Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating on-site construction activities, including sub-contractors, labor, and material delivery
  • Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work
  • Liaising with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Participating in the development and management of the project in accordance with the specific Project Management Plan
  • Obtaining a thorough understanding of the scope associated with the contract documentation
  • Ensuring adherence to SQE policies and compliance with the Hindmarsh Management Systems
  • Managing site issues and subcontractors in accordance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Trade background preferred
  • Leadership and communication skills
