Senior Project Leadership Role

The primary objective of this role is to establish and lead a centralized project management office (PMO) across technology and business transformation environments.

About the Position
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Integrate and lead existing project managers and business analysts, setting clear goals, roles, and performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end delivery oversight for critical technology programs, including cloud adoption, legacy system replacement, cybersecurity uplift, digital platform modernization, and data lake/pipeline analysis and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Head of IT and technology teams to ensure timely, effective, and strategic execution of IT initiatives.
  • Manage project risks, interdependencies, and stakeholder engagement to maintain delivery momentum and alignment with business needs.
Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Implement robust governance frameworks for project prioritization, security, and risk management, status tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Act as a key liaison between IT and the wider business to ensure project transparency, business engagement, and transformation alignment.
  • Provide regular, clear, and insightful reports to the Head of IT and executive sponsors on delivery health and strategic outcomes.
Capability Development & Continuous Improvement
  • Uplift internal project, change, and data delivery capability through coaching, mentorship, and formal development pathways.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across PMO and project functions.
  • Embed lessons learned and best practices into organizational project maturity.
