About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Station Manager to join our team at Harvest Road Pastoral, responsible for managing the Springvale Aggregation in the Kimberley region of Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of high-performing staff to achieve business objectives and improve animal production metrics.
  • Develop and implement sustainable land management practices, including RCS Grazing for Profit and Bush Agribusiness principles.
  • Monitor and deliver key production metrics, including breeder fertility and genetic improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Harvest Road team to achieve business goals and objectives.
