Master Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Master Fabricator to join our team based out of our Burleigh Heads workshop. As a key member of the production team, you will work on designing, manufacturing, and installing durable industrial and commercial tanks that meet Australian and international standards.

• Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and production schedules to determine product specifications and instructions.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently to required specifications and Australian standards.
• Set up and operate hand and power tools common to the fabrication trade.
• Label and sort manufactured plate material into product groups.
• Mark-out, cut/drill/punch holes in plate material according to fabrication drawings.
• Layout, position, and assemble components together in accordance with fabrication drawings and tolerances.
• Cut raw materials accurately using straightedges and high-precision tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and facilities are safe and functional.

• Trade qualifications in welding/boiler making with knowledge of standard practices and methods of the fabrication trade.
• Forklift licence.
• Ability to work overtime as operationally required.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
