Digital Dental Laboratories is a reputable dental laboratory based in Queensland/Northern NSW, providing quality restorations for dental prosthetics. We specialise in implant, ceramic, and crown and bridge procedures, utilising state-of-the-art technology and facilities.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CAD/CAM Dental Technician to join our team. As a key member of our dental team, you will work closely with a wider team of dental professionals to design and fabricate high-quality dental restorations.
Key Responsibilities:
- CAD/CAM design of implants, crowns, and bridges, including Smile Design
- Metal base designing
- Operating milling machines and 3D printers
- Working with 3Shape scanners
- Product research and development, and logistics
- Model making for margin preparations
- Grinding metal and zirconia frameworks
- Modelling Crown & Bridge cases with Wax
Requirements:
- Diploma of Dental Technology or relevant recognised equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of CAD experience in Crown and Bridge and Implant work
- CAD Smile Design experience (3Shape, Nobel, Straumann, or similar)
- Design of Metal bases experience
- Experience operating Milling machines and 3D printers
- Self-motivated, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team to achieve team objectives
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills for Client relations
