Marketing Role Overview

Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

  • Develop, execute and manage the centre's marketing strategy, including campaign coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Lead and develop a small team of marketing professionals, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Manage marketing resources and ensure effective communication across channels.
  • Deliver an annual event program and provide thought leadership in innovation and process improvement.
  • Support retailer engagement through regular communication and promotional activities.
  • Assist with PR opportunities and local media relationships.
  • Work effectively with agencies and suppliers to deliver quality creative assets and services.
  • Engage with local community groups and foster relationships.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business discipline.
  • Experience in marketing and leading small teams.
  • Passionate, dynamic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong brand management, customer experience, digital, social, media and event management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
