Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Operations Manager to lead our team at Greencross Vet Hospital in Queensland. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic, including stock management, people management, and rostering.

About This Role:

  • Manage and maintain client records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Lead and develop our team, building a positive culture that prioritizes high-quality patient care
  • Drive business growth through local marketing initiatives and achieve monthly KPIs

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth delivery of services
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  4. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent experience, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Previous experience with Rx Works is desirable but not essential.
