- Right At Home Gold Coast Northern Rivers is currently seeking an overnight compassionate Care Workers to provide high-quality holistic care to Aged Care and Disability clients located in Byron Bay.- Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home, with integrity and purpose.- Right at Home is a leading provider of quality in-home care. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve ensuring the Right Care, Right at Home.Essential Requirements:

-Current Australian National Police Check
-NDIS Worker Screening Check
-COVID - 19 Double Vaccinated
-Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
-Open Driver's license with own vehicle
Duties
- Provide personal and domestic care with daily living
- Assistance with meals
- Supporting clients with complex and /or challenging needs
- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on progress
About you
- Caring and compassionate
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable using technology ( i.e mobile app) for accessing rosters and recording clients notes and feedback

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services (Personal Care Workers)

**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous community care experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability with high care clients highly regardedVideo
