Practice and Inclusion Specialist

About the Role:
This position requires a highly skilled professional to support Early Childhood Education and Care in our region. As a critical enabler of practice uplift goals, you will provide coaching and advice on quality and inclusion.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Offer responsive support to teams through our Helpdesk.
- Support centre teams in delivering high-quality, inclusive early learning for all children.
- Work with selected centres to deliver Quality Improvement Plan actions.
- Provide specialist advice and consultancy to leadership teams.
- Collaborate with the Teaching Learning and Support team to implement targeted strategies.
- Educate, coach, and support centre teams to implement inclusion strategies.
- Contribute to safeguarding children in line with organisational expectations.
The Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others. You should also be able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
