About the Role

We're seeking a Retail Centre Operations Director to join our team, working across two centres in the Lower North Shore. You will provide a high level of service to our clients, while minimising risk to owners by leading and developing the onsite team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with all Acts of Legislation
  • Meet deadlines imposed by clients and our Portfolio Manager
  • Understand and appreciate market environment, including competition, development proposals, and infrastructure
  • Ensure accurate records of documentation, including tenancy schedule, financial statements, leases, and retailer files
  • Prepare annual budget, business plan, marketing plan, and monthly reports
  • Administer leases, ensuring correct charges are raised, reviews are done on time, turnover figures collected, turnover rental charged, outgoing reconciliations completed, and confirming parties adhere to lease conditions
  • Monitor tenancy mix to ensure optimum rentals are achieved

About You

You will be a true property professional with proven success in shopping centre management, with an in-depth knowledge of the retail sector. You possess excellent client relationship management skills, always looking to find win-win solutions for any challenge you meet.

Requirements

  • Proven experience overseeing finance, budgeting, operations, contractor management, and leasing
  • Real estate licence is required
