Electrical Apprenticeship

Becoming a tradesperson in the electrical field is a well-regarded, challenging and rewarding career path.

You will work closely with the frontline electrical team, undertaking a range of duties including residential installation and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment, caballing and wiring, and diagnosing & repairing electrical malfunctions. You will be part of a committed team under the guidance of an experienced business owner.

On completion of your apprenticeship, you will receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Electrotechnology (UEE30820). To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Motivation and a genuine interest in the industry;
  • High-level communication, customer service and organisational skills;
  • The ability to work in a team environment and follow complex instructions;
  • A positive attitude and self-motivation to learn on-the-job as an apprentice;
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with hand tools;

Please note that you will need to have a current driver's licence and reliable transport to get to and from work. A pre-employment medical, including vision and drug & alcohol testing, is also a requirement of this position.
