We are seeking an experienced legal professional to provide high-quality legal advice and guidance in various areas, including corporate and commercial, procurement, intellectual property, and employment law.
About the RoleThis is a key position within our organization, requiring strong legal knowledge and expertise to advise on regulatory compliance, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as providing training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with domestic and international parties
- Providing high-quality legal advice and reporting to senior leadership, finance, marketing, and other staff as required
- Advising on regulatory compliance, including relevant legislation and regulations
- Managing commercial disputes and litigation matters
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in providing high-quality legal advice and guidance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Requirements- 4+ years of legal experience (in-house or private practice)
- A current practicing certificate in Australia with the authority to supervise legal practice by others
