Key Responsibilities:- Assign accurate and timely clinical codes to patient episodes of care using industry-standard classification systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless data exchange and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest guidelines, standards, and technologies.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or a related field.
- Clinical coding certification from a recognized accrediting body.
- At least two years' experience in health information management, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in 3M Codefinder software and other relevant technology platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
