Early Childhood Educator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our well-established team in West Ryde.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating learning experiences for allocated groups of children, participating in collaborative teaching environments, and maintaining effective communication with parents throughout the service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Studies, a current Working with Children Check, Child Protection Training/Certificate, and working knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

You will also need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, nurture authentic connections with children and families through interaction, curriculum, and documentation, and maintain high health and safety standards.

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with parents, ensuring they are informed about their child's progress and well-being

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve program effectiveness
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Studies or equivalent qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Child Protection Training/Certificate
  • Working knowledge of National Quality Framework (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
