Senior Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and handover.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
  • Implement health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor progress and identify potential issues to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the project team to review plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and site records.
  • Provide clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project costs, including procurement, tracking expenses, and monitoring budget allocation.
  • Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on Commercial Fit Out projects $5M - $25M.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • QBCC licence.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Sound understanding of project management principles, including cost control, scheduling, and quality management.
