About the Role

Drakes Supermarkets seeks a skilled Administration Assistant to join our Work Health and Safety Team in Queensland.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Work, Health & Safety Officer and work collaboratively with a dynamic team to promote a positive WHS culture across Drakes Queensland locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To accurately record incidents and injuries into our database and manage general administrative tasks.
  • Support Workers Compensation Claims administration.
  • Liaise closely with Store Managers to ensure all necessary documentation is completed during audits.
  • Contribute to other exciting projects and administrative duties as required.

Necessary Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • A valid full driver's license.
  • Expertise in data entry and management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
