About the Role

We are seeking a skilled EWP Parts Interpreter to join our Australian parts distribution team based at Yatala South on the Gold Coast. This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely supply of parts through the ordering, receivables, and dispatch process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately identify correct parts using comprehensive equipment manuals.
  • Enter orders and coordinate freight logistics efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the existing supply chain to ensure seamless part delivery.
  • Prepare detailed invoice documentation for finance team review.
  • Regularly report on inventory items, customer orders, and provide updates as required.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding part orders.
  • Participate in stock takes and maintain warehouse operating efficiencies.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven experience in a spare parts interpreter role.
  • Confident computer skills and accuracy in data entry.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with EWPs an advantage.
  • Determination to achieve positive customer outcomes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Identification of risks or potential hazards and understanding of safe work practices.
  • Current driver's license and Class LF Forklift license held.
  • Honesty, punctuality, and reliability essential.
