The role of the Justice Officer Team Leader is to oversee a team of administrative staff, ensuring the efficient delivery of administration, operational support and reception services in a high-capacity front counter environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing positive leadership and direction to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and hospitality towards clients and employees
  • Managing and coordinating administrative business functions and projects according to regional business plans
  • Supervising team members, conducting routine supervision, performance planning, training needs analysis and mentoring as appropriate

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary service delivery team, work effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain ongoing business relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to provide guidance, support and advice to the Justice Services branch.
