Store Setup Specialist Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Store Setup Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a real impact in delivering projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities:The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in preparing new stores by the designated opening date, supporting store setups, relays, expansions, and relocations, implementing Planograms and merchandising standards, preparing and organizing merchandising materials for upcoming store projects, developing and testing new merchandising strategies, and providing support and training to store staff.General Duties:In addition to the above responsibilities, the Store Setup Specialist will carry out additional tasks or projects as directed by management, comply with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, foster a professional working environment, maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and wellbeing.Requirements:Previous merchandising or retail experience is preferred, familiarity with Planogramming is highly regarded, current driver's licence is required, knowledge of merchandising guidelines is beneficial but not essential.Personal Attributes:A clear and confident communicator, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently, enthusiastic and highly adaptable, comfortable lifting and moving stock, collaborative team player who works well autonomously, flexible with hours and willing to travel interstate, willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
