About the Role

Develop and execute all marketing, content, media, communications, brand and experience campaigns for our organization, influencing employee behavior to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a consumer experience and engagement strategy defining activities, products and services that deliver positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver client-centric experiences and drive business growth.
  • Communicate client service experience outcomes with external stakeholders to build awareness and reputation.
  • Identify opportunities for consumer engagement and evaluate their implementation.
  • Lead and manage the Marketing Team to develop impactful brand activity, internal and external communication, content, marketing, media, publications and events contributing to the organization's positive reputation and sales efforts.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • 10+ years of senior marketing, communications and consumer experience leadership ideally with a deep understanding of healthcare and human services businesses.
