Leadership Position Available

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Sydney clinic's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency
  • Recruit, induct and train new staff members
  • Cultivate a positive team culture and mentor team members
  • Monitor performance data (financial, sales, and activity levels)
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Upskill the team in specialist product knowledge
  • Rostering, reporting and day-to-day management of the clinic

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in team leadership roles
  • Relevant qualifications such as Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Advanced Diploma of Dermal Therapy/Science
  • Business Qualifications desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience in the beauty/aesthetics industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and focus on achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication skills and ability to drive a positive team culture
  • High computer literacy
