About Our Centre

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated and passionate leader to take on a senior position in our team at our Norman Park centre.

This is an opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in early childhood education leadership.

The successful candidate will have full unrestricted Australian working rights, a Diploma in Children's Services or higher qualification and extensive experience in early childhood education.

They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with staff and children and have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals.
  • To develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • To maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
  • To communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or higher qualification.
  • At least 4 years' experience in an early childhood education leadership position.
  • Full unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • A current, valid Working with Children's Check.
  • Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
