Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage an allocated caseload and provide timely therapeutic interventions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity.
  • Interpret assessment findings to develop targeted treatment goals tailored to each participant's unique needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to enhance participants' quality of life and achieve their goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to early career clinicians, nurturing their growth and development.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, community environments, homes, and clinic spaces.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist is mandatory.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential for managing a diverse caseload.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development are highly valued.
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists is desirable.
