Site Assembly Electrician

The role involves assembly and commissioning of mining equipment at site, ensuring all builds are completed as scheduled while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Responsible for the safe and efficient assembly of electrical systems on mining equipment, including maintenance and repair of components.
  • Guarantee all onsite builds and commissioning for mining equipment are completed as scheduled while setting and maintaining a high standard of work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team in a site-based role, working closely with the supervisor and leading hand to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery targets are achieved.

Requirements
  • Evaluate the company's safety culture by embracing and driving it from within – safety takes priority over everything else.
  • Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) electrical trade qualifications.
  • Have previous experience with electrical systems on mining equipment, assembly, overhaul, repair, and servicing of Electrical systems, mechanical, and hydraulic components on construction and/or mining equipment.
  • A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive, long-term relationships.
  • Good communication skills and dedication to providing quality work.
  • Must have Forklift/dogging/Rigging and Working at Heights certifications.
