Job Overview

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist our Patient Experience Coordinators and clinicians in providing exceptional patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients upon arrival, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting our physical therapists and assistants during treatment sessions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide support to physical therapists and assistants during treatment sessions.
  • Prepare patients for treatments by applying supportive devices and providing routine care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Work Experience: Previous experience as a Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech is desired.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to document projects and manage production efficiently.
    • Attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
    • Patient satisfaction is paramount – exceed expectations through excellent care and service.
    • Energetic and team-oriented approach.
    • Demonstrate compassion towards patients.
