Key Responsibilities:- Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong focus on brand standards, attention to detail, and cleanliness.
- Train, coach, and guide a team of enthusiastic industry professionals to achieve their full potential.
- Be hands-on, leading and supporting the team through your actions and providing clear feedback and direction.
- Must have prior experience as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Desirable to have a view to becoming an Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
- Ability to give feedback and direction, with a keen eye for detail.
- HubOS and Opera Cloud experience is a plus.
- Demonstrable knowledge of safe and efficient housekeeping procedures.
- Clear communication skills and a calm under pressure personality.
- Effective computer skills to report and allocate workflows.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and Public Holidays.
