Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Contracts Officer to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing value for money from contracts with vendors/third parties while ensuring alignment with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a customer-focused contract management service, championing effective and efficient management of contracts.
  • Support various functions with the operational relationship with vendors, including reviewing and managing supplier compliance certificates within a systems framework.
  • Perform contract management duties, including administrative tasks such as invoicing and scheduling vendor management meetings.
  • Work with key contract managers to establish and manage vendor relationship governance, ensuring compliance with the Procurement and Contract.
Requirements
  • Intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to perform data entry and update documents to a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
