The Job Description

As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting tradesmen to carry out construction and maintenance works, including ad hoc labouring and construction tasks such as:

  • Experience working in a range of Trade environments including mechanical fitters, machine operators, production assemblers, gardeners and horticulturalists, general labourers and handy persons, and general warehouse and production labourers
  • Assisting Tradesmen to carry out construction and maintenance works
  • Experience operating power tools and hand tools
  • Working at heights and confined spaces where required
  • Manual handling up to 20kgs
  • ADHOC duties as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A White Card (Required)
  • Working at Heights, Confined spaces, and Gas testing Tickets
  • Relevant experience in either Carpentry, Sheet metalwork, Mechanical and Concrete Production
  • High Risk License: Forklift and EWP (Desirable)
  • Valid C Class Licence and Reliable Transport
  • National Police Clearance and Proof of Working Rights

We offer a competitive salary range of AU$30-AU$35 per hour plus penalties and superannuation.
