We are seeking a skilled facilities professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in an office supervisor or facilities role, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities include providing support with facilities requests, managing office systems, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes.

About You
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and have experience in project management and coordination of small works.
  • Excellent organisational ability and priority management skills are essential for this role.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively as part of a service environment.
