Senior Financial Accountant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to lead our Corporate Finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a finance expert to take ownership and drive business growth.

As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening financial control processes, and supporting business-wide decision-making.

  • Leading key aspects of the month-end close, including journal preparation, reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines
  • Partnering with auditors and investors during reporting cycles

You will be involved in everything from month-end close and financial control through to systems improvements and automation projects. You'll also bring:

  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Strong technical grounding in Australian Accounting Standards and tax requirements
  • Experience managing or supporting month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
