Job Title: IT Systems Administrator and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage and maintain our corporate network environments.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will be part of a small team supporting a growing organisation across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including configuration and maintenance.
  • Manage security settings such as MFA, conditional access, and threat protection.
  • Implement compliance policies, including DLP and data retention across Microsoft 365.
  • Maintain and monitor sensitive networks to ensure performance, security, and uptime.
  • Oversee physical and environmental security of the facility hosting sensitive IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with PSPF, ISM, and Essential Eight cyber security frameworks.
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage IT service requests and incidents via an internal ticketing system.
  • Procure IT hardware and software and coordinate with vendors for delivery and support.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and system upgrades with internal teams and external providers.

To be eligible for this role, you must obtain Australian Government Security Clearance.

At least 3 years' experience working within government, consulting, or a professional services environment is highly regarded.
