Laboratory Scientist Role

We are seeking a skilled Scientific Officer to join our team in delivering operational laboratory activities.
The position involves coordination and provision of scientific and technical training, review, development and quality management of laboratory practices.
This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Bachelor Degree or higher in Science/Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities- Laboratory Operations: Deliver operational laboratory activities, including coordination and provision of scientific and technical training.
- Quality Management: Review, develop and manage laboratory practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Customer Focus: Provide customer-focused services, utilizing effective communication skills.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Science/Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification with pathology-relevant subjects.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering pathology services, including use of Laboratory Information Systems, Patient Systems and Quality Control Systems.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
